You'll own upper-funnel lead generation at Juna AI — building the systems and running the outreach that puts us in front of COOs, Heads of Operations, and Plant Managers at the world's biggest chemical, cement, food, and paper companies. You report directly to our CEO and work side-by-side with our Founding AE.

What You'll Own
- Lead generation, end to end. You identify high-value target accounts, build outbound sequences, and get meetings booked. LinkedIn, email, events, cold calls — whatever works, you run it.
- Sales automation and tooling. You don't experiment with AI tools — you deploy them. You'll set up and operate the automation stack that makes our outbound engine scalable: enrichment, sequencing, intent signals, CRM workflows. If a task can be automated, you automate it.
- Account research and targeting. You develop a deep understanding of industrial manufacturing — who buys, why they buy, and what triggers action. You turn that into targeting strategies that actually convert.
- Pipeline quality. You qualify leads rigorously and hand off meetings that our AE can close. You care about conversion rates, not just activity metrics.
- Content and collateral. You contribute to outbound messaging, case study positioning, and campaign narratives — because you're closest to what resonates with prospects.
