About The Role
As Founding Enterprise Account Executive at Juna, you’ll work closely with our CEO to build our sales function from the ground up — owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and customer success. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we engage industrial customers and drive adoption of our AI-driven production optimization solutions across manufacturing.
We’re looking for someone who has independently closed large, complex enterprise deals, thrives in ambiguity, and is eager to roll up their sleeves to build processes, tools, and relationships that will scale our commercial success.

Core Responsibilities
- Own the full sales funnel — from outbound lead generation, qualification, and technical discovery to negotiation, closing, and customer expansion.
- Develop compelling sales materials, ROI models, and tailored demos in close collaboration with our technical and product teams.
- Build and continuously refine our sales playbook, CRM setup, and pipeline processes for repeatability and scale.
- Manage and grow strategic accounts, driving long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Juna at key industry events and on-site customer visits.
